Our customer base encompasses commercial nurseries in New Zealand and overseas, the Department Of Conservation, regional and district councils, commercial and conservation organisations, Iwi trust boards, trusts, charities, private companies, community groups and individuals.
We supply for and undertake rare, threatened and endangered species recovery programmes and specialise in revegetation for all New Zealand specialised habitat's, Rongoa (herbal species) native forestry, and forest restoration contracts.
Kiwi Plants Ltd operates from Stokes Valley, Lower Hutt. The site has propagation facilities solely for native plants and holds buildings, workstations, glass and plastic structures and shade frames for the growing on of plants.
On average Kiwi Plants Ltd holds stock of approximately 20 kilograms of seed, 2,000,000 seedlings and 200,000 plugs.
